I am going to include all the work I am and have been involved with here, so that you can see that although there have been years when my chosen career may have been on hold, I have got involved with other projects too; not least raising four children.

I live and work in Durham City; I am passionate about community, about the environment and about living sustainable lives. Durham is a place where it is small enough to walk everywhere, where it is possible to engage with local issues - and get your voice heard, and where the allotments (one of which I tend) have a heavenly view, overlooking the West Front of the Cathedral.
